My transmission went out in July/august around that time. Due to Covid they stated the parts were back ordered. They had my car for a month ( which i didn’t complain about) but i will say this. When i called and they gave me a quote, they next when i was ready to drop it off the price changed . I told angel what the man told me and she agreed to charge me that, which was great and very nice of her. My issues and the reason why I’m giving them this low of a rating is because 1: after i got my transmission i followed directions( break it in ) and bring it back a couple weeks later to make sure everything is good. Me being me. I wouldn’t drive over 60mph while breaking it in because i didn’t want to mess anything up. Here we are now & I’ve been having issues with my car for the past couple of months. I called and talked to angel multiple times. I even brought my car in one day and they insisted nothing was wrong. Still having the same problems i had a friend of mine take a look and it’s the transmission. I called back and tried to schedule as they stated “your out of warranty and would have to pay” NO MAM! I payed $2,000 been calling and coming in and finally when i have a diagnostic I’m out of warranty. Idk if the business has been busy these past couple of months or what but prior to that call Angel has been very rude and stand offish. When someone is paying money for a service , we’ll over a couple hundred dollars … we would like to receive good customer service as well as great service.

These guys were true professionals. The other shops were to busy to even help me out and tell me what was wrong. They got me in, evaluated, and repaired in one day. Highly recommend!!!!!! 10 stars

Mike was recommended by a trusted mechanic and I was not disappointed. Ended up having to fully rebuild my transmission which wasn't cheap but I knew that going into it. It was done promptly and professionally. I can only say good things. Thanks again!

I contacted them by phone, made appointment, dropped truck off and a few days later the gave me recommendations and I purchased a new transmission and had it sent to there shop and they installed it at estimated price!

Good service and quick turn around. Mike the mgr is very nice and good communications. Not inexpensive but I didn’t expect a transmission rebuild to be. Will update after getting more miles post repair.

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY Start: Recommended by used car dealer to use this shop to fix what codes and symptoms show to be a faulty shift solenoid, dealer states their work is covered under the extended warranty. Severals calls go unanswered, so I drop off my vehicle and speak to Mike in person. Says it may be a couple days before they can diagnose the problem. Week 1: No word from anybody at the shop, I decide to follow up with a call, no answer. After calling every day for a week I can't reach anybody by phone to follow up on progress. Week 2: Get a call from Mike stating they are still performing diagnostics, they want to narrow down if its just a solenoid or a larger problem requiring a transmission replacement. Okay, no problem, but I would have appreciated an update after you said it would be a couple days to diagnose. Week 3: This is where things take a turn for the worse. Mike informs me the warranty company has authorized a used transmission swap with more miles than the one already installed. They didn't want to swap the faulty solenoid just in case there was a larger issue and it would be easier to swap the whole transmission. This didn't make sense to me at all, but I'm not in the transmission business, I tell them go ahead. Week 4: Mike calls and says they never replaced the transmission or the solenoid. He claims the codes disappeared, transmission no longer stuck in 4th gear, and I can pick up my vehicle. I pick it up, no charge for diagnostics thankfully, and within a couple hours of driving Check Engine turns on and the transmission is stuck in 4th gear again. End: Frustrated with the shop keeping my vehicle for almost a month without making any attempts at repairs I replaced the Solenoid myself for $120 in parts and a couple hours of labor. Codes gone, vehicle no longer stuck in 4th gear, and has been driving just fine since replacement.
